公共安全与应急救援分会
根据《中国潜水救捞行业协会关于成立“公共安全与应急救 援分会”有关事项的批复》及《中国潜水救捞行业协会分支机构 管理办法》,协会依托理事单位广东南方应急管理研究院于2022年12月30日正式组建公共安全与应急救援分会。
中国潜水救捞行业协会（以下简称“协会”）致力于促进中国潜水和救捞行业的全面发展，围绕国家发展大局，引导和规范本行业自律行为，维护本行业及会员合法权益，组织和协调行业内关系，助推和提升本行业整体管理水平和服务能力，发挥桥梁和纽带作用，承担应尽的社会责任和义务，在适应国家经济社会形势发展需要的同时，在国家海洋强国战略和构建大安全大应急框架的大局中取得了众多亮眼的成绩。
公共安全与应急救援是协会“三主四支持”的三大主要业务板块之一。组建公共安全与应急救援分会（以下简称“分会”）是加强推进主要业务高质量发展，统筹CDSA应急救援体系、公共安全与应急救援培训体系建设，服务国家应急管理事业创新发展的重要举措，也是调整优化协会组织结构体系的重要内容。
分会将力求服务于各会员单位，维护分会及会员单位的合法权益，发挥协会与分会的优势，整合公共安全与应急救援领域的资源与力量，打造开放专业的信息交流互动平台，推动完善健全行业专业标准及人员管理体系的建设，及公共安全与应急救援技术装备的研发。积极引导会员单位自主探索、优化渠道、开拓更广阔的发展空间，促进公共安全与应急救援行业的持续健康发展，为实现国家海洋强国战略贡献一份力量。
According to the development plan of China Diving and Salvage Industry Association and the deliberation of the eighth session of the standing council of the third session, Guangdong Southern Emergency Management Research Institute, as the support unit of Public Safety and Emergency Rescue Branch of China Diving and Salvage Industry Association, was established on December 30, 2022.
China Diving and Salvage Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") is committed to promoting the comprehensive development of China's diving and salvage industry. Centering on the overall situation of national development, the Association guides and regulates the self-discipline behavior of the industry, safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of the industry and its members, organizes and coordinates the relationship within the industry, boosts and improves the overall management level and service capacity of the industry, plays the role of bridge and link, and undertakes due social responsibilities and obligations. While adapting to the needs of the development of the national economic and social situation, the Association has made many outstanding achievements in the national maritime power strategy and the overall situation of building a big security and emergency framework.
Public safety and emergency rescue is one of the three main business segments of the Association's "three main and four support". The establishment of Public Security and Emergency Rescue Branch (hereinafter referred to as "the Branch") is an important measure to strengthen the high-quality development of main business, coordinate the construction of CDSA emergency rescue system and public security and emergency rescue training system, and serve the innovation and development of national emergency management. It is also an important content of adjusting and optimizing the organizational structure of the Association. The Branch will strive to serve all member units, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Branch and member units, give full play to the advantages of the Association and the Branch, integrate the resources and forces in the field of public security and emergency rescue, create an open and professional information exchange and interactive platform, promote the construction of perfect and perfect industry professional standards and personnel management system, and the research and development of public security and emergency rescue technology and equipment.Actively guide member units to explore independently, optimize channels, and open up broader development space, promote the sustainable and healthy development of public security and emergency rescue industry, and contribute to the realization of the national maritime power strategy.
